Train With Us & Lead Transformation
The LSD°R Guide Training is your pathway to becoming a certified guide in Athletic Re°former + Breathwork integration — a methodology distinct to LSD°R that blends physical strength, nervous system regulation, and mindful presence.
We built this programme because we couldn’t find one that reflected how we move and teach. The LSD°R certification is designed from the inside out — by guides who live the method daily.
Stronger. Longer.
