Our expert guides will lead your group through an immersive session, building lean strength through intentional movement. Each session is customized to meet your group’s needs through our 3 tiers below.
TIER ONE
Private, but on the books.
Book out an existing session time for your group and enjoy the LSD°R studio to yourselves – with extra time to settle in and stay a while.

TIER TWO
Private, on your terms.
Choose a time outside of our regular schedule for a fully custom session experience. Perfect for team off-sites, birthdays, or whatever you want to turn into a ritual.

- 1.5 hour private studio booking (including a 50-minute session)
- Up to 14 guests
- Personalized media board message
- 20% retail discount while in-studio

TIER THREE
Signature Studio Takeover
Book LSD°R entirely off-schedule and take over the studio for a fully customized experience. Perfect for brand launches, special celebrations, team appreciation, or just showing your crew a new kind of love.

- 2-hour private studio booking (including a 50-minute session)
- Up to 14 guests Curated session style & custom playlist
- Option to bring in non-affixed décor like balloons or A-frame signage
- 14 complimentary pairs of grip socks ($364 value)
